Arts Alliance Media was the first company in the world to screen a ballet live into cinemas with The Nutcracker, live from Covent Garden, in December 2008, and our ballet shows since then have been very popular with audiences of all ages. A variety of ballets have been screened, from Kenneth Macmillan’s romantic Manon to the family favourite Tales of Beatrix Potter. Stars such as Carlos Acosta and Marianela Nuñez featured in this first season of ballet in cinemas.
